Young academics at ENTEX

At the beginning of February 2024, Technical Centre Manager Dr Michael Burgfeld warmly welcomed trainee Karoline Richter from Ruhr University Bochum (RUB). As part of her studies, she is completing a six-month specialist internship at ENTEX Rust & Mitschke GmbH to obtain her bachelorโ€™s degree. She is enrolled as a mechanical engineering student specialising in energy and process engineering.

Karoline Richter is in good hands at ENTEX in the latter genre, as we deal with trials and process engineering tasks in the technical centres on a daily basis.ย

With the help of the now seven-strong engineering team, almost all process engineering tasks are carried out with the planetary roller extruder. Precise planning is essential here. There is also a size 70 planetary roller extruder with four modules in the RUB laboratories. Our trainee can now put her theoretical knowledge into practice. The ENTEX team wishes her all the best for this success.ย
