Homogeneous mixing of polymers and liquids of different viscosities

Homogeneous mixing of polymers and liquids of different viscosities – up to 20,000 Pa s viscosity difference? Not a problem! The Planetary Roller Extruder! Modular, customizable and flexible: that's the way we develop groundbreaking process technology.

Do you want to mix polymers and liquids of different viscosities?

Whether water, oil, solvents, bitumen or viscous paste, all liquids of a compound formulation can be dispersed, homogenized or emulsified with the Planetary Roller Extruder in a continuous mixing process – and that without adding emulsifiers and similar additives.

Convincing: homogeneous mixing of polymers with very high (up to> 20,000 Pas) and very low viscosity (100 to 500 mPas).

Don’t think about revolutionary extrusion – start using it.
